RETURNS & REFUND POLICY...

Thanks for shopping at Superior Armor Works! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 60 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.  Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. This is usually 3-14 business days.

Shipping
All orders of items across any product category qualify for FREE Shipping. Nevertheless, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original free shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Notes:
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Please do not send your purchase back without completing the RMA Request below.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 60 days after delivery

Late or missing refunds Policy (if applicable)

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us using the contact form on our Contact Us.

Exchanges Policy (if applicable)

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please Contact Us.

Return Shipping Fee Policy

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original free shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We offer a standard 10 year limited warranty service for all our ballistic products and standard 1 year warranty for all non ballistic products. In general, products can be returned for a warranty service if manufacture defects are found or occur within the stated warranty period (normally 1 year). For details, please refer to our Warranty Terms and Conditions.
